社会学文学硕士
录取标准
除了研究生院入学的一般要求外，申请社会学硕士课程的申请人还需要完成社会学或相关学科的本科专业或辅修专业. 不符合这些标准的学生可能需要在被完全录取之前注册本科社会学课程. 所有申请材料应提交给德克萨斯南方大学研究生院, 而不是社会学系. 社会学系研究生课程委员会将审查所有申请，并向研究生院院长提出建议.
学位要求
论文选择
完成三十六(36)个学期的研究生工作, 包括十二(12)个学期的必修课学分, 平均成绩不低于3分.0; eighteen (18) semester credit hours of electives, 平均成绩不低于3分.0; successful completion of six (6) thesis hours; demonstration of competency in functional English; the successful completion of a written comprehensive examination; and the successful defense of a thesis.

Non-Thesis选项
